For each tooth variant there are specific constitutive criteria. Such toothings can be designed by our office. Our experience shows the challenging criteria. Mistakes in designing the spring for elastic
gearings too big or too strong often result in totally destroying the bearings in axial and also in radial dimension. Furthermore a spring designed too strong can result in too much wear and it can also
result in jamming in the gear. Often design is only possible with shiftable or spring loaded axis' distances.
The examples shown in the catalogue can be designed by us. We offer our support for designing your backlash free gear.
The toothing parameters can be designed by our self-written tools or in KISSsoft. With "dynamic simulation" we investigate the accelerating forces and momentum occuring in your system.
Via FEM we analyse the gear part's deformation, stability and wear! With modal analysis we investigate the vibrations and resonance frequencies of the gear parts and surrounding parts.
