Producibility of evoloid gears

Mass production via moulding methods:

Evoloid wheels with number of teeth from n=1 to n=8 are producable in mass production methods in plastic and metal. We provide our support for design and calculation of evoloid gears.

Producing via mechanical processing:

Evoloid wheels with number of teeth from n=1 to n=8 are producable with common toothing machines. We can design the needed toothing tools, form cutters and grinding disks. On this site we show producing examples of a planetary gear with a sun pinion with n=1, planetary wheels and a hollow wheel with a transmission ratio of i=24:1.

Special tools are needed to produce evoloid wheels!
